Here you can get to know me a bit. I will share my gifts, personal and business values and some of my life story with you. My best traits are that I’m optimistic, empathic, wise beyond my years and that I see the beauty and potential in everyone and everything.
I believe in the power of love to heal and transform everything that comes in my way. As a Spiritual Relationship Coach for women I’m here for empowerment and expansion in relationships. I love my work because it’s the work of love!
My mission is to spread the love to the end of the world(s) and back. It’s like a smile that makes someone’s day better and then they carry this joy to the people they meet and so on. The ripple effect of love will change the world!
My Values
My personal values are love, joy and inner peace. I embody them and expand on them daily. For me love is the guiding light and essential force of the Universe. I choose love because that is who I am. I believe life is meant to be enjoyed and embodied and that is why joy is so important to me.
And inner peace, my dear friend! For years and years I didn’t have it. It is golden to be able to shift from fear and constriction to serenity and bliss. And yes, it is possible and I highly recommend it!
My business values are love, free will & personal development and spiritual growth.
I love all my clients. I work from my heart-space. I don’t judge or push you. This doesn’t mean that I’m for everybody. We all come here to learn but our paths can be so far apart that we don’t understand each other at all. That’s ok! But I will give my love to all my clients. Even if we aren’t a good fit.
You have free will. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life. I offer my guidance but you take what resonates and discard the rest. I’m not a therapist, nor a psychiatrist. I use my gifts and life experiences for your benefit. You are the one that finds empowerment and wisdom through inner work. My work is to provide the space for healing and transformation. And yes, people do transform beneath my eyes.
I believe in the magic of personal development and spiritual growth. This is often called ”the work”. It means the inner work of becoming aware of who you are (light and shadow), accepting your situation in life and how you got there and making aligned actions to reach the life you dream about.
It is about releasing judgement, choosing love over and over again. It is feeling all the feelings fully and embodying them. It’s about compassion and forgiveness because you don’t want to suffer. It is about learning from your ”mistakes” and using them as a stepping stone to growth. (There are no mistakes, just opportunities.)
It is not always easy and enjoyable doing this work but it will unlock your power, bliss, abundance… You can have the life you dream about, life that feels awesome. You might need help in getting there – I’m here!
Your intuition is trying to guide you. It’s like a divine radio channel that broadcasts but you need to tune in to hear it! I can help you by receiving guidance for you and guiding you to transform your vibe to better hear what your intuition is saying. You can learn to trust it and embody your soul path. My Gifts
I have a unique channeling & energy healing method I call Soul Whispering™. I channel through my heart space and connect to the Divine realms. I can talk with your Soul/Higher Self through my own. Your Higher Self is the eternal part of you that is made of pure and boundless love. She can give you information and guidance on your situation and path in life.
I can also talk with another Soul/Higher self (in this life, parallel life, beyond the veil) if needed. What comes through are Spirit Guides (especially Spirit Animals), visions, feelings and sensations, sentences, songs… I’m tuned into my clairsenses that provide the messages. I’m in shaman apprenticeship as we speak!
Remember that you are not supposed to know everything in advance. You will get the answers you need right Now. I’m also not a fortune teller. Your future depends on the choices you make today. You can make better choices!
My other gifts are intuitive & profound energy work and timeline shifting. I use my voice and hands for providing shifts in energy. I can see your highest timeline which is shown to me as your beauty and potential.

My Story
The Beginning
I’m from a small city in Kainuu, Finland. Finland is a small country in the Northern Europe full of lakes and forests. I was born in the 80s. I have three siblings. My mother’s parents stayed with us as well. So there was always a lot of loving people in my childhood home.
I’m lucky in this way: I have always received love, care, support and opportunities from my childhood family.
I have loved singing since I was a child. My first favourite pop song from the radio was ”La Bamba”. I had a vivid imagination too. I was full of smiles, bubbly in my expressions and hard-headed. I still am! (And being stubborn can be a super power!)
My peers didn’t get me and some adults didn’t either. My starseed aura made a difference too. I was considered odd and full of myself.
So my peers started to bully me and in time I lost parts of my happy and confident self. There were some other key events that contributed in the course of my life too but being dismissed, invalidated, picked on and left out really does a number on you when it happens again and again…
My vivid imagination became my safe space. I did well in school and in my hobbies. I became a perfectionist in my teens. I was trying to fit in and found out that my talents annoyed my peers even more than my existence. My parents had a rough patch and as an empath I took it on my shoulders. I wanted to show them how well I’m doing. So that they would be happy. But I didn’t realize that it wasn’t my job.
I started having headaches and panic attacks. They grew into periods of a lot of energy and strive and periods of depression. I was over-achieving by doing everything all the time and didn’t have the support for learning to control my energy flow or my empathic nature and clairsenses.
I also felt early on that I needed to find someone to love. I had my ”first boyfriend” when I was 5 years old – I started very young! But when I entered my teens, I didn’t have the confidence to learn the steps of connecting romantically with my peers. That came much later and with a lot of trial and error.
Finding Love
I wanted to find a partner so bad because I thought it would fix the emptiness I felt inside. My love life was at first non-existent, then full of drama and nasty situations and in the end it started to improve. But not before I started working on myself and putting myself first!
I found a lot of frogs on my way even though I wasn’t the perfect partner for them either. When I was younger, I felt unworthy of love and desperate enough to obsess about whoever I could find. I ended up in many really crappy situations. You attract what you believe.
I was a people-pleaser. Everyone else was ”more important” than me and I let people treat me like crap. I exhausted myself by being and doing everything to everyone. I lashed out because I couldn’t self-regulate and felt that others didn’t give me enough credit, love or respect. Then I felt the guilt of lashing out and the shame of being so awful. I tried to buy my worth again and again.
I tried to fix others because I wanted to fix myself. I thought I was broken and got really sick in many ways. In time I became aware of this. First I started fixing myself and in time I realized there’s nothing wrong with me.
I am perfectly imperfect and I can learn!
Forgiveness and gratitude took more and more space in my mind. I learned to listen to my heart and body more than my mind. Nowadays I reside more in my heart and body.
The Now
I had my learning curve when it came to relationships and now I am happily married to my Soulmate! We share everything. We laugh, we cry. There’s no need to be something I’m not. I’m here willingly and so is he. We are a team. We don’t always see eye to eye but we want to talk it out and find a common ground. We grow through life together.
As a Spiritual Relationship Coach I offer my life experience, wisdom of the heart and spiritual gifts to benefit you in improving your love life.
I wanted to become a performer when I was young. My lack of confidence was the reason that I didn’t become one. I took a looooong detour in my professional path. I have been a student in many fields, including Physics, Nursing, Special Pedagogics… I finally did my Master’s in Cultural Musicology in 2022. I’m also a certified Expert by Experience in Mental Health and Chronic Pain. I have a lot of wisdom to share.
My life took many many turns since I was a child. I have healed my traumas so that they don’t affect my day-to-day life. I’ve changed my mindset to a positive one. I can manifest things in my life by pure thought. I’ve released a lot of limiting beliefs to supportive ones. The pain I’ve experienced has been transmuted into golden nuggets that I can share with you.
This is a way of life now: I keep being honest with myself, becoming aware of my light and shadow, accepting what is, allowing myself to grow and aligning my actions to follow my dreams. Abundance is my birth right! It’s yours too!
